Depending upon the extent of your insurance coverage, New Start Recovery may be able to accept your insurance plan’s coverage as payment in full. We can accept the partial payment of deposits, copays, or deductibles of your insurance plan and help to arrange payment plans for the remaining balance.
Even if your insurance plan does not explicitly cover alcohol or substance abuse detox programs, it may be possible to obtain approval and funding for a single, one-time treatment stay. This case-by-case option is always a possible alternative, regardless of the type of treatment your insurance policy formally covers.
If we cannot accept your insurance policy as upfront payment for services or coordinate a case exception, New Start’s insurance liaison office will explore every available avenue to gain payment for the total cost of your treatment and then reimburse the initial financially responsible party. If we encounter this situation with your planned admission, we will provide you with detailed estimates as to what the expected coverage and reimbursement amounts will total before you assume any financial commitments.
