New Start is constantly growing. We started out only doing detox in 2013, but grew rapidly and started our residential care not too long after. We think treatment and aftercare are really important, so we created an alumni program so we can stay up to date with our graduated clients. New Start creates a comfortable, house setting environment with on site staff and personalized care.
So, what makes New Start different
from the rest?
-
The Staff
The staff at New Start are super friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. There are case managers, licensed psychologists, personal chefs, laundry helpers, and general support. They are there to make you feel safe and comfortable during detox and residential. We supply one-on-one therapy, as well as group and family therapy. You won’t feel alone with the open hands we have at our facilities.
-
Tempur-Pedic Beds
How can you say no to a ridiculously comfortable bed? At New Start, we provide luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattresses for all of our clients. We also have our house cleaning make the beds and laundry so you can focus on your recovery.
-
Private Chef
We have a personal chef for our detox and residential program. They both make meals daily as well as put snacks out throughout the day to munch on. They work full-time at our facilities, so you’ll be seeing them a lot while you stay. Don’t be shy, they are great people to talk to!
-
Amplified
Amplified is a program at New Start where we bring clients to Phoenix Multisport to work on strength, fitness, and fellowship. Phoenix Multisport is a Crossfit gym geared towards recovering addicts. With our Amplified program, we go to the gym, go on hikes and do other fun and adventurous outings. We do Amplified 3 times a week and it’s a great way to get out, get fit and befriend others in recovery.

Alumni
Once you graduate our program, you are officially alumni! Congrats! We offer weekly alumni meetings as well as open fellowship meetings. We strongly believe in continued support and want to help by providing a sober support network. We’d love to see you at our weekly meetings! Not just that, but we also have Serenity Sunday meetings once a month. It’s open to the public and it’s a great place to share and talk about addiction. There are speakers who share their stories, and we come together as a community to share our thoughts. Contact our alumni coordinator Paul to get started!
New Start is different because we care about our clients in a genuinely personal way. We want to make our clients feel as comfortable as possible in the detox period as we understand how challenging it can be. You are not just a number here. We provide the tools for all clients to be proactive in their own recovery. You will learn so much in our meetings, and individual/group therapies. We have music therapy, games and other types of therapeutic activities throughout the day. We are here for you, we are rooting for you, and we will not let go or give up on you.
If you are struggling with addiction, New Start can help. Call us at 855-737-7363 for a free and confidential assessment and let us help you find a detox or residential program that is best for you.
